Texas Wine & Art Festival 435 Spring Cypress Old Town Spring, Texas 77373 There is plenty of FREE parking on the street. The closest PAID parking is at the festival itself. Parking fee is $7.00 with a portion donated to the Knights of Columbus Our local Knights of Columbus Council consists of about the finest group of guys you will ever meet. They have been working events in Old Town Spring for over 20 years and we would not consider putting on an event without them. The group donate endless man hours to raise money for many charities in the Spring and Houston area.
